1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Taide CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Taide CRM.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Service Description

Taide CRM is a software service intended to help businesses manage clients, bookings, workflows, and related communications.

Features may change over time, including the addition, modification, or removal of specific functionality.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes;
  • upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
  • interfere with service performance or security;
  • process data you are not legally permitted to process.

You remain responsible for the legality, quality, and accuracy of data you submit to the service.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable fees, taxes, and related charges.

6. Third-Party Providers

Taide CRM relies on third-party infrastructure and API providers (including payment, hosting, and AI providers) to operate.

Your use of certain features may depend on those providers and their availability.

7. AI Features

If you use AI-assisted features, relevant input and output may be processed by our AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them.

8. Data, Privacy, and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, notices, and consents for data you submit.

If you use the service for business purposes, you are typically the controller of your customer/client data.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, separate data processing terms.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or use the service unlawfully.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taide CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will publish the updated version and update the "Last updated" date.

Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
